It’s official!!  A memorable day marking the beginnings of Tamarindo Church…

Christmas Eve 2012- This was our first official service for Tamarindo Church, and we had a packed house with over 100 people in attendance.  Word was out after this service, and we were thankful to hear many positive words and sentiments about Tamarindo Church.

Tamarindo Church has a children’s ministry that meets weekly to teach our kids about God and encourag them in godly character and values.  One of our primary aims as church is to love and encourage couples and families in our community… so Tamarindo Church also offers a Parenting Course and a Marriage Course once a year.

Nicaragua Mission Trip- April-May 2013

During this trip, we were able to build 5 houses for local families and bring suitcases full of clothes and other supplies.  In addition, we were able to feed over 200 kids and hand out provision bags to over 200 families.   It was awesome!

In June of 2013, six members of our church were baptized on the beach in Tamarindo.  The event was followed by pizza, pool party and fellowship to celebrate the day with our friends.

Near the end of June 2013, the women of Tamarindo Church went on a retreat at Lake Arenal.  They went through Beth Moore’s “Loving Well”, and had a very meaningful and memorable time together.
